Physical Ailments

I do not usually use a computer very often, but I have recently, and every time my wrists hurts on the underside. I tend to be playing games such as Mahjong and typing emails to my sons. Why is this happening and what can i do?

I have very tight calves and nothing seems to help, I have tried stretching every day and making sure I am hydrated. It is beginning to stop me from being able to walk my German Shorthaired Pointer scout twice a day. Scout is very high energy and needs the walks so I can't not walk him! Please help!

I have been suffering from terrible neck pain that stops me from sleeping soundly or even sleeping at all. I don't want to take loads of painkillers or over the counter advil type of things, what else can I do to stretch or take the pressure off of my neck?
