Physical Ailments

I do a lot of outdoor work in the garden and have noticed my feet and lower back start to ache. I am usually planting and transplanting my peonies, as well as raking and shoveling to maintain the garden beds. Are there any specific types of insoles or shoes that are made for this sort of thing?

I have recently started lifting weights. I try to go to the gym a couple of times a week, one time with my son who shows me some exercises to do. Sometimes my body will hurt for days after a workout, making it hard for me to go to the gym again. What can I do?

I know that "vaping" has become a big thing these days. Is it actually any better for you than cigarettes? I have tried to quit multiple times so thought this might be a good idea.
