What should I do if I miss a dose of my antibiotics?

I have been taking doses for antibiotics for strep throat and was watching the hockey game last night and completely forgot to take my dosage. I am worried and don't know what the best thing to do is. Should I take two doses tonight when I am taking my antibiotics?

    Navraj, I am not 100% sure what the best thing to do is, but I think that you should continue to take your dose normally, so the regular dose tonight, but continue the process for 1 extra day at the end to make sure you finish your round of antibiotics. You want to make sure you kill all of the bacteria and taking all of the antibiotics is the best way to do this. I don't think that doubling your dose will have the same effect.
