Very Tight Calves

John Collins

I have very tight calves and nothing seems to help, I have tried stretching every day and making sure I am hydrated. It is beginning to stop me from being able to walk my German Shorthaired Pointer scout twice a day. Scout is very high energy and needs the walks so I can't not walk him! Please help!

Hey John, your tight calves might be caused by a defficiency in potassium in your body.Try adding more potassium to your diet. Eating a banana is a great way of boosting potassium. If that doesn't work there are many muscle relaxant brands that would definitely do the trick.
