Physical Ailments

Hi, I have noticed that my mole on my left shoulder has started to change colors, it has went from a regular brown shade to a more red shade. It does not hurt but I am worried that it could possibly be cancerous? Should I get it checked out by a doctor? It has not changed in size at all so I don't know if I should be worried.

In the last month I have noticed a slight pain in my shoulder every single time I breathe in deeply and don't know what is causing it. I do not have a history of shoulder injuries and am starting to worry about it. Does anyone have experience with this type of pain?

I'm 13 years old and have really bad acne. It's all over my whole face even though I wash it everyday. My parents think it's normal for a girl my age so they won't take me to my doctor. How do I make it go away?
