I'm usually really good with taking my birth control everyday, but yesterday night I forgot. Should I take it twice today?? Do I just skip today? Not sure what to do, any help would be great.
I am a retired construction worker who worked 20+ years and spent most of my days hunched over digging and drilling, My back has always been slightly sore but lately it has started to hurt a lot when I sit for longer periods of time. Is there a way to get rid of the pain without having to rely on pain medications?
I have had a bad case of the flu for the past two days and was invited to see my 1 year-old nephew tomorrow. My wife says I should stay home as I risk getting him sick but I really want to see him and don't think I am any longer contagious. How long am I able to infect others with the flu after I get it?
