Yesterday I casually played soccer with some coworkers and felt a slight pressure on my big toe during the game. When I took off my sock after we finished, I noticed my toenail was slightly purple. What does this mean and how long will it stay like this?
My lower back pain is out of control! Sometimes the pain is so bad that I can hardly move. I only notice the pain a few times a week, but I never see it coming. I don't want to resort to pain medication and would prefer a natural solution. Maybe stretches? If anyone knows what to do I would be forever thankful.
I work in a restaurant kitchen and one of my coworkers is about 20 weeks pregnant. The problem is that I know she is smoking. When she goes out for a puff, she usually hides behind the dumpsters so no one will see her. but the other day I saw her lighting a cigarette. I also saw a pack of cigarettes in her coat pocket. I am worried for her baby but don't want to make things awkward at work. I don't know what to do because it is technically none of my business, but doesn't she know how bad this is?
