Glasses Give Me a Headache

It seems that when I wear my glasses for too long, I begin to suffer a very painful headache behind my eyes. I cannot see without my glasses. I think the problem might be watchin television with my glasses on, but without them I cannot see the television! What can I do to stop the headaches?

    Hey Ester, I used to get the same issue. Ever since I switched to wearing glasses that have anti-reflective lens coatings when I'm on the computer helped take away the strain on my eye muscles. You could also get bifocal lenses or a weaker pair of reading glasses for the computer.
