Pregnant coworker is smoking

I work in a restaurant kitchen and one of my coworkers is about 20 weeks pregnant. The problem is that I know she is smoking. When she goes out for a puff, she usually hides behind the dumpsters so no one will see her. but the other day I saw her lighting a cigarette. I also saw a pack of cigarettes in her coat pocket. I am worried for her baby but don't want to make things awkward at work. I don't know what to do because it is technically none of my business, but doesn't she know how bad this is?

    This is a really tough situation, but you're right it could really harm the baby. If you can, perhaps try and reach out to her family and friends and see if they are aware of the situation or would be willing to intervene. Speak with other coworkers for advice so you can all act together as a group, to avoid some of the awkwardness. Definitely speak out in some way! That poor child...
