Pimples everywhere!

I'm 13 years old and have really bad acne. It's all over my whole face even though I wash it everyday. My parents think it's normal for a girl my age so they won't take me to my doctor. How do I make it go away?

    Although they may just be hormonal, I would definitely recommend going to see a doctor. They can help out, even if it is just because of puberty. At the very least, buy a really good cleanser from a drug store, Oxy products and Spectro gel worked for me for a while. Important thing is to be patient with progress, but see a doctor immediately to alleviate symptoms.
