healing damaged/dry hair?

I've been straightening my hair for years, and my hair has gotten to the point where it is very stiff and brittle, very dry. I know there's a lot of shampoos for hair damage, but they dont really do much for me. Any other options for treating damaged hair?

Best exercises/diets for heart health?

Last year, I had a very minor heart attack. After a hospital visit and a couple tests, the doctor that I should be fine but I should keep a watch on it. It wasn't serious enough for him to set out a plan for improving my heart health, and I do feel quite strong and healthy. The doctor said I need to manage my heart health very carefully from now on, so what can I do to reduce heart stress/improve heart strength (with exercises, diet, etc.)?

how can I get to sleep faster?

For most of my life, I never had any troubles sleeping. I am 80 years old now, and we just moved into a new house and now I can never get to sleep. I'll stay awake for hours tossing and turning, go for a walk around the house and come back to bed, try to read before bed. It seems I've tried everything, but still I'll lie awake for hours and hours before getting to sleep. Any advice on how to get to bed faster? I don't really want to take medication for sleep, but I will if it continues like this.
