Hello, I have noticed before bed that my hair starts to smell bad. I take showers every morning and wash my hair thoroughly but still get this horrible odour from it at the end of the day. Is this normal? I don't think it's smelt bad before and really want to get rid of it.
I work in a restaurant kitchen and one of my coworkers is about 20 weeks pregnant. The problem is that I know she is smoking. When she goes out for a puff, she usually hides behind the dumpsters so no one will see her. but the other day I saw her lighting a cigarette. I also saw a pack of cigarettes in her coat pocket. I am worried for her baby but don't want to make things awkward at work. I don't know what to do because it is technically none of my business, but doesn't she know how bad this is?
Hi everyone, I have struggled with losing weight for a good amount of my life and have tried many different methods. Recently, I have read a lot of articles on the itnernet talking about the benefits of apple cider vingar but I am unsure if it actually helps with weight loss. Is there any actual research done on the benefits of apple cider vinegar, especially with weight loss?
