soothing sore joints
Every day, I go for a morning jog around my neighbourhood to stay fit and healthy. I feel really good during the jog, but once I get home and rest, all of my joints are sore, especially in the shoulders and knees. I usually use a heat pad to relieve it a bit, but I don't find it goes away that much. What can I do to limit joint ache and treat it better?

Wow I wish I ran every day, good for you! I think joint pain is pretty common so there’s lots of ways to treat it. If heat isn’t working for you, try cold therapy. You can use ice packs to soothe your joints. There are also lots of once-a-day pain medications on the market like Aspirin that may help your joints. Make sure to read the labels though.
