How to meditate
One of my friends swears by meditation. She says it has made her more calm and relaxed. I work full time at the hospital and have 3 growing children, so I think I could use more relaxation in my life. Has anyone else tried meditation? I need to know if it really works and how I can ease into it. Thanks!

I have been an avid meditator ever since I started university and began undergoing severe academic stress. Since then, I've kept up with it and take time to do some yoga in the morning, or some hypnosis tapes or meditation before bed. It works wonders for stress relief, but only if you're open to it! You have to open your mind and heart to clarity, and don't stop the practice, even if you feel silly at first!
