Low Fat Protein?
I was told that I needed to lose weight and eat less fat, but I would rather kick the bucket than eat brussel sprouts and brocolli for every meal. What are some good types of protein that are lower in fat and cholesterol?

There are tons of options for food with protein and low fat. For example, seafood is a great source of protein with usually a very low amount of fat. Also, chicken, milk, cheese, eggs, beans, and soy are all great alternatives to those nasty brussel sprouts.
