Right Amount of Exercise
Hello, as I am getting older I am trying to stay active. Should I be trying to exercise every single day by walking for an hour or do more intense exercise, like my zumba class, 3 times a week? I am not sure what is right to do.

Depending on your age and health conditions, it would be recommended to try and live as active as possible. I am 55 years old and love to stay in shape with an abundance of different activites. Whatever your body can handle is what you should be aiming to do, Zumba is really fun and love going to classes along with my wife. Ask a spouse or friend if they would like to join you to make exercising even more enjoyable. You can still get a great exercise by walking for an hour everyday. Anything is better than sitting on the couch watching TV.
