Soreness from past sprain. Help?
A couple of months ago I fell down my front porch stairs and landed on my wrist badly. I went to the doctor, and it was sprained. After that the past couple of months have gone fine, and the doctor says it should be mostly healed up by now. I have gotten a lot more movement in it and it doesn't hurt as much, but I still find it aches quite a bit in that area, almost like arthritis. I don't want to go in to the doctors again for nothing, but will this go away? Is this normal? Any ways to treat this at home? help would be appreciated, thank you.

Hi there, this sounds like something that should’ve healed a long time ago. In my opinion, a couple of months is a long time to heal from a wrist injury. A wrist brace could help stabilize it but it sounds to me like an X-Ray could tell you what’s wrong for sure.
