managing depression without medication...
Last year the last of my 3 children moved out into her own house after college. My husband and I are divorced, and now I'm all alone in the house. I started to feel a bit down every year as my kids grew up and moved away, but now I'm totally alone. I've been feeling really down with nothing to do and no one to talk to, and I think I might have depression. I don't want to medicate, just wondering if there's anything I can do to naturally feel better?

If you’re hesitant to medicate, maybe you should try new hobbies to keep you busy. It sounds like your depression has stemmed from loneliness so maybe try being around people again? Book clubs or fitness classes might help. If this doesn’t help, I would talk to a doctor because medications are completely safe and normal – I would know, I take them
