natural ways to reduce blood presure?
A couple of months ago my doctor said I have slightly high blood pressure, and that he wasn't going to prescribe me medication yet as it wasn't too serious, but that I should try and get a handle on it and lower it naturally. What are some lifestyle changes I can make to help lower my blood pressure? Thank you.

I have recently tried to lower my blood pressure too and found that diet has a lot to do with it. After tracking my diet for a few weeks, I noticed that I was consuming way too much sodium and not enough potassium. Luckily both of these are a rather easy fix. I suggest you also try keeping a diary of your eating habits, but if you have a few extra pounds to lose, that could be a good place to start as well. Good luck
