Yesterday I casually played soccer with some coworkers and felt a slight pressure on my big toe during the game. When I took off my sock after we finished, I noticed my toenail was slightly purple. What does this mean and how long will it stay like this?
My lower back pain is out of control! Sometimes the pain is so bad that I can hardly move. I only notice the pain a few times a week, but I never see it coming. I don't want to resort to pain medication and would prefer a natural solution. Maybe stretches? If anyone knows what to do I would be forever thankful.
My doctor has told me that my blood pressure has started to increase and I need to combat it with changing up my diet. I do not really like fruits or vegetables so I want to know if there are any different types of foods that I can eat to help my blood pressure settle back down.
