    Hi Alejandra. I am not sure what to suggest. If you are eating too much fat in meat and carbohydrates you really do need to eat more fruits and vegatables. If you don't particularly like them maybe you need to consider an alternative such as smoothies to up your fruit content. Make sure you make them at home instead of getting them at a smoothie place, because those have far too many colories and sugar
